I’m a design leader focused on unifying product design, UX strategy, and system thinking across complex, multi-product platforms. At Brevo, I lead Unified UX and the Naos Design System, shaping frameworks that help teams scale design quality, align strategy, and collaborate effectively.
In parallel, I act as the product manager for my team, owning vision, prioritization, and delivery. I also define and deploy UX patterns for AI-powered experiences, ensuring consistency, usability, and trust as AI becomes a core part of the product.
With my team, I lead the Design System MCP, embedding AI directly into the design system to accelerate exploration and solutioning. By putting UX patterns and system knowledge into the hands of designers, PMs, and engineers, we enable everyone to become a maker.

Since 2022, Naos, our design system, has evolved into a central and trusted foundation, increasing component adoption, 19× and elevating UX consistency and quality across Brevo’s ecosystem.
My work spans system strategy and governance, product management, design ops and AI automation, cross-team collaboration, UX scalability, accessibility, and product design mentorship, creating the conditions for high-quality experiences to emerge at scale.
